Vendor management

Vendor Management is a guide to managing the businesses you buy from, written and published by Dotto. It is kept like a docket book: one docket for each check that official Australian sources set out, from a supplier’s ABN to the day its bank details change.

Back of the bookHow this book is kept

Every docket is written from the official pages it links: the ATO, the Australian Business Register, business.gov.au, the Federal Register of Legislation, the Payment Times Reporting Regulator, the Attorney-General’s Department, the Australian Signals Directorate and Scamwatch. Each fact sits beside its source, and every figure is dated as at October 2026.

It is general information. It describes the rules and the official advice, and it can’t tell you how they apply to your own business or contract; for that, the docket names who can.
